Each project is structured as a Limited Company through which Tiller Properties Ltd, its Directors and partners co-invest by way of provision of loans to the Company.

Tiller Properties Ltd is appointed development manager and will be responsible for appointing contractors and sub-contractors, and ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the business plan and budget.

Investing partners receive a priority return based on an attractive rate of interest for the money they loan to the Company. Any surplus profit generated after the payment of interest to the investors is divided between the development manager and the investor in agreed proportions.
